Special Fabrics

The Special Fabrics are available on our living room or dining room furniture and on our Cypress upholstered line of furniture. They are not available on the other upholstered lines or on the recliners. These fabrics are significantly more expensive than our standard fabrics and they also require special foam, so there is an upcharge on each item that will be different depending on the pattern selected.

Special Fabrics are 100 percent Polyester and pass rigorous abrasion tests and California 117 flammability requirements, and they are highly stain and bacteria resistant. These durable fabrics were designed for commercial use and should give you years of comfort.
